Slept well enough, still have a mild headache. Didn’t quite have the 2 glasses with lemon juice, the thought of it was reviling. In the kitchen I had a little note waiting for Annelie
I ate as well as I could this morning, but the thought of scoffing more veggies and fruit non stop really isn’t that appealing. Got to work and started chugging water, thought maybe I was dehydrated, but no. Headache has moved to the back of my scalp and I feel a little sensitive to light.
Tried some carrot salad but couldn’t finish it. I went a little ape shit on the dressing, and it’s very strong! Whoops… As of lunch time, I was giving the soup I enjoyed so much yesterday a wide berth. Rather, I continued to snack on apples till the evening.
The whole day I was really cranky and miserable and it’s absolutely due to the headaches. It also affected my appetite and made me nauseous, since I felt motion sick to boot. Over lunch time, I snuck off to a quiet spot and had a hour power nap to try and alleviate some pressure… no dice. Drank more water, massaged my noggin… no change. Had a little freak out late afternoon, saying
that I can’t eat this crap anymore… got quite a few alternative suggestions, none of which I liked.
The evening’s dish was rainbow trout cooked in the oven, with some herb and so forth, carrots and onions and brown rice. It was quite good, just a LOT of bones and in my cranky state it was pissing me off. I must have swallowed half a fish ribcage by the time I was done, but at least I was full now and could lay on my couch and chill.
Spent the rest of the evening just reading, which is weird, since it actually helped my headache somewhat. Or maybe it’s just that I could chill and close my eyes at intervals.
Lets see what tomorrow brings.
